Umbau Reifen, Zwischenrahmen

Mit seinen Asphaltschneidern in der Dimension 9R22,5 vom THW sah der Kurze zum einen sehr schmächtig aus, zum anderen sind die schmalen und kleinen Rädern weniger für längere Reisen auf schlechten Pisten und im Sand geeignet. Die Zwillings-Bereifung schon gar nicht.

Über die Reifenwahl kann man sich vorzüglich streiten. Im Allrad-LKW.eu Forum kann man sich tagelang Beiträge durchlesen und grübeln. Übrigens eine ausgezeichnete Plattform mit vielen Gleichgesinnten.
Meine Wahl fiel letztendlich auf die Grösse 14,5 R20, welche bei Unimogs und Radladern recht verbreitet ist. Hier hat man eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Geländeprofilen. Die passenden Sprengringfelgen in der Dimension 11-20 SDC haben wir bei einem Teilehändler südlich von München bekommen. Leider müssen wir die Reifen mit Schlauch fahren. Aber auch hier gibt es Für und Wider. Wir werden sehen, welche Erfahrungen wir damit in Zukunft machen.
